Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

• be able to identify and apply at least three key strategies for structuring a compelling presentation, including introduction, body, and conclusion, by completing a structured group activity;

• demonstrate improved verbal and non-verbal communication skills (tone, body language, eye contact) by delivering a 3-minute impromptu presentation, receiving peer feedback, and refining their delivery.; and

• confidently handle at least two common public speaking challenges (e.g., nervousness, difficult audience questions) by participating in role-play exercises and developing personalized strategies for managing these challenges.
