Leadership 100: Understanding Your Leadership Style

Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
identify and describe their personal leadership style using a leadership framework (e.g., transformational, transactional, servant leadership, etc.), based on the results of a self-assessment tool, with at least 80% accuracy in identifying their dominant leadership traits;
explain at least three key strengths and areas for development based on their identified leadership style, as evidenced by completing a reflection worksheet and sharing at least one strength and one development area in a group discussion; and
outline at least two actionable strategies for leveraging their leadership style to improve team dynamics and performance, as demonstrated by creating an action plan that includes specific goals and a timeline for implementation.
