Productivity Hacks: Time and Stress Management for Busy Professionals

Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
implement at least five time management techniques (e.g., Pomodoro Technique, Eisenhower Matrix, Time Blocking) in their daily routines, as demonstrated through a personalized time management plan they will create during the training;
identify and analyze their top three stress triggers at work and apply at least two stress management strategies (e.g., deep breathing, cognitive reframing) to address these triggers, with at least 80% effectiveness as measured by a post-training self-assessment; and
prioritize tasks using the ABCDE method of task prioritization and complete a prioritized task list with at least 80% of high-priority tasks identified and completed within the training.
