Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • develop a comprehensive customer persona for their target market, including demographic, psychographic, and behavioral characteristics, which they will apply in their sales and marketing strategies;

  • design an integrated sales and marketing plan that includes at least three digital marketing strategies (e.g., social media, email campaigns, SEO) and three sales techniques (e.g., consultative selling, upselling, closing techniques), with a clear action timeline; and

  • conduct a sales pitch simulation, applying at least three advanced sales techniques (e.g., objection handling, storytelling, value proposition), and receive feedback from peers to refine their pitching skills.
