Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • apply at least three networking strategies (e.g., elevator pitch, active listening, and follow-up techniques) in a virtual or in-person networking scenario to build meaningful connections;

  • create and present a compelling 30-second elevator pitch that clearly articulates their value proposition and professional goals to potential connections; and

  • identify at least two tools or platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, professional associations, or networking apps) to expand their network and follow up with new contacts effectively.
