Building High Performing Teams: Strategies for Effective Teamwork

Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • identify and describe at least four key characteristics of high-performing teams (e.g., trust, communication, shared vision, accountability) and assess the current level of these characteristics in their own teams through a self-assessment tool.

  • apply at least three teamwork strategies (e.g., collaborative decision-making, effective delegation, feedback loops) to improve team collaboration and efficiency, demonstrated through a group exercise or case study scenario; and

  • create a detailed action plan to enhance their team's performance, including specific actions related to communication improvement, conflict resolution, and performance tracking, to be implemented within the next 30 days.
