Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
demonstrate proper email etiquette by drafting at least two professional emails—one formal and one informal—correctly applying key elements of tone, structure, and language, as evaluated by a peer or instructor;
identify at least three key rules for virtual meeting etiquette (e.g., background, camera presence, and active listening) and demonstrate their understanding by following these rules in a mock virtual meeting scenario conducted during the session; and
explain the importance of appropriate non-verbal communication (e.g., body language, eye contact, tone of voice) in business interactions and apply at least two non-verbal communication techniques during a role-playing exercise, demonstrating their understanding.
