Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

  • apply at least three different coaching techniques (e.g., GROW model, feedback techniques, and active listening) to address a team member’s developmental need in a coaching role-play scenario;

  • identify and differentiate between coaching and mentoring approaches and create an action plan that outlines how they will integrate both into their leadership style to support team success; and

  • identify at least two tools or frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis, feedback models) that can be used to assess team dynamics and individual performance and will demonstrate how to use these tools in a group activity.
