Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
demonstrate the ability to analyze and evaluate a complex problem by applying at least three critical thinking techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, root cause analysis, or the 5 Whys) to break down the problem and identify potential solutions;
apply a structured problem-solving framework (e.g., the PDCA Cycle or DMAIC) to a real-world work-related issue and present their recommended solution to a peer group for feedback and refinement; and
make a well-informed decision using a decision-making model (e.g., Cost-Benefit Analysis or Decision Matrix) for a workplace scenario, and justify their decision based on the evaluation of relevant criteria.
