Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

• identify and correctly apply at least five key grammar rules (e.g., subject-verb agreement, punctuation, sentence structure, pronoun usage, and tense consistency) in a written exercise, as demonstrated by achieving at least 80% accuracy in a grammar quiz;

• rewrite 3 sentences with common grammar errors (e.g., comma splices, run-on sentences, and incorrect word choices) into grammatically correct sentences, demonstrating an understanding of sentence structure and punctuation; and

• explain the basic differences between common English verb tenses (present, past, future) and apply them correctly in 5 sentence-based exercises, as demonstrated by completing an in-class worksheet with at least 80% accuracy.
