Traditional leadership development focuses on developing leadership abilities and attitudes of individuals. The key concepts of leadership development includes a) experiential learning; b) self-effectiveness,; c) vision, and d) attitude. It is in this context that a leadership development program shoUld provide a) experiential learning to the participants through exchange of views/ideas and sharing of leadership experiences; b) assessment of leadership effectiveness, and c) change in mindset to develop a leadership vision.

The Leadership Development Program through John Maxwell Philosophy is composed of six modules, which can be taken through a relaxed or intensive approach and can be done by module or as one whole program.
