Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
identify and apply at least three key persuasion techniques (e.g., reciprocity, scarcity, authority) in role-playing scenarios, as demonstrated through active participation in at least two different negotiation exercises;
effectively structure a negotiation plan by setting clear goals, identifying potential barriers, and formulating at least two win-win solutions, which will be shared and reviewed with a peer in a group discussion; and
demonstrate the ability to manage and resolve at least two common negotiation challenges (e.g., handling objections, dealing with deadlock) by participating in at least two scenario-based problem-solving exercises.
