Year-end Reflection and Goal Setting for 2026

Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
reflect on their achievements and challenges in 2025, identifying at least three key lessons learned that will guide their goal-setting process for 2026;
create at least three SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for 2026, aligned with their personal and professional aspirations; and
develop a 90-day action plan to achieve at least one of their SMART goals for 2026, outlining the first steps and resources needed to start working on it.
