Taking Ownership: Driving Results through Accountability

Training Objectives:

At the end of this training, participants are expected to:

• define accountability in a professional context and identify at least three key behaviors that demonstrate ownership in the workplace, as evidenced by their participation in an interactive poll or quiz;

• apply at least two strategies for holding themselves and others accountable for results, demonstrated through a role-play scenario or case study discussion; and

• create a personalized action plan to improve accountability within their current role, with at least two actionable steps, which will be shared with a peer for feedback.
