Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, participants are expected to:
identify and apply at least four key leadership styles (e.g., transformational, transactional, servant, democratic) and choose the most appropriate style for a given workplace scenario, demonstrated through a case study analysis;
practice and demonstrate key communication skills (active listening, feedback delivery, conflict resolution) in leadership contexts through role-play exercises, receiving and providing constructive peer feedback.; and
create a personalized leadership development plan that includes at least three concrete actions they will take to improve their leadership abilities, which will be shared and reviewed with a peer for feedback.
