World Aviation Corporation trains its New HR Professionals

World Aviation Corporation human resource personnel underwent Essentials for New HR Professionals on October 23 to 24, 2018. The workshop covered the facets of human resource management from talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and labor relations. At the end of the training, an administrative manual and company code of conduct were expected as output for roll-out come 2019.

Team Building held for CentroMavens Corporation Nest Nano Suites

Commissioned by fellow trainer and Vision Board Party facilitator Trixie Esguerra, BIZCORE Director Ivan Burcer handled the second batch of CentroMavens Corporation Nest Nano Suites employees for their team building program. The participants included frontliners, kitchen and café crew, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.

The event was held in Makati Sports Club as part of CentroMavens Corporation’s third founding anniversary.

The assessment covers the four areas of communications namely writing, reading, listening, and speaking to help companies identify their training needs for communication skills. 

English Communications Training under CPSC-RMUTT Partnership

Commissioned by Colombo Plan State College (CPSC), BIZCORE Director Ivan Burcer facilitated a two-phase English Communications Training from 5 to 9 February 2018 and 7 to 11 May 2018 for Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) support staff under a Memorandum of Understanding between CPSC and RMUTT.

The first phase of the training was conducted in the university campus of RMUTT in Thailand while the second phase of the training involved RMUTT support staff spending a week in the Philippines. During the second phase, the participants practiced speaking in English further, and they visited Corregidor Island in the Philippines for their historical tour and Endurun Colleges Inc. for their school visit.

At the end of the program, the RMUTT Support Staff presented their experience in English in their university.

Divided into several batches, hundreds of PwC Isla Lipana & Co employees participated in the company-wide Core Values Team Building program in Shercon Resort and Ecology Park from 20 October 2017 to 9 February 2018. The activities held during this event were in line with the company’s five core values of Act with Integrity, Make a Difference, Care, Work Together, and Reimagine the Possible.
