The English Refresher Program was held for Elite Toastmasters Club members on August 21, 2015.
Elite Toastmasters Club is one of the most celebrated Toastmasters International District 75 (Philippines) clubs in the country. Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization which aims to improve communication and leadership skills of its members through proven programs of public speaking and leadership roles. Currently, there are 332,000 Toastmasters International members in 135 countries, including 7,667 members in 187 clubs in the Philippines.
